How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Can I amend or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll do our best to help before it is dispatched.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order leaves our studio.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Selected pieces are restocked when production allows. If something is sold out, the product page is the best place to check for updates.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Singapore orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping
International shipping is available to selected destinations. Shipping options and duties are shown at checkout where available.
Which courier do you use?
We work with reliable local and international couriers depending on your order destination and shipping method.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. You’ll receive tracking details by email once the parcel has been dispatched.
Are duties and taxes included?
Where applicable, duties and taxes are shown at checkout so you can see the full landed cost before payment.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed, contact us immediately and we’ll try to update the address before dispatch.
What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
If a parcel is returned to us, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment or a refund depending on the situation.
